OUR MISSION: TO SUPPORT THE RECOVERY AND FAMILY BONDING OF WOUNDED WARRIORS, WARRIOR SPOUSES, OR CAREGIVERS AND THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THE RECREATIONAL THERAPY OF SNOW SPORTS AND OTHER OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

THIS EVENT IS HELD AT SEVEN SPRINGS MOUNTAIN RESORT

Our organization is comprised of dedicated, hard-working men and women, many who themselves are veterans, who give freely of their time and pay their own expenses.

Thank you to the Seven Springs Mountain Resort and our many sponsors and contributors for their generosity, making this event possible each year.

Every year, at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, we host Wounded Warrior families for a three-day adventure of their lives. For five days, these Warriors and families enjoy first-class lodging, gourmet dining, skiing and snowboarding and many other activities. We have hosted families from as far away as Texas and as close as Carlisle, PA.

Seven Springs Mountain Resort provides the Wounded Warrior families with lodging, breakfast, lift tickets, equipment rentals, lessons, as well as welcoming gift baskets. The WWP covers travel expenses, evening meals and other expenses incurred by the Warrior families. Each Warrior and family member receive an official event t-shirt.

The WWP provides excellent on-slope support for our Warrior families. Comprised of National Ski Patrol, Skier Safety and other expert skiers and snowboarders, they have only one mission on the slope - maximize the families snow experience - safely!

Event evenings are always punctuated with a gourmet buffet dinner, guest speakers, mascots for the kids, recapping the ski day, laughter, fun.... camaraderie!

WHAT OTHERS THINK ABOUT OUR EVENT...

Thanks for allowing me to be part of a fabulous event that really means a lot to so many. I've told others to count me in for next year. I'm marking the calendar now. Everyone on the Wounded Warriors patrol is a true patroller meaning they know what it is to serve and provide a service.

Again thanks for a fantastic event and I'm looking forward to next year. I certainly plan to talk this up at the national level.

 Hi All,

Stacy & I wish to sincerely thank you for all of your hospitality and including us to participate in this heartwarming event. It was so well orgainized by a great group of people! We'd love to offer more help in any way we can.

My friend and co-worker Stacy and I would be very happy to co-ordinate activities for the kids. We'd love that. I also loved the "bunk" lifestyle. It is a fun group and a great time. Please do keep us in mind for next year.

 Just wanted to thank you again for starting such an awesome organization! My hubsand and I had a great week at Seven Springs! (minus my bronchitis). I was showing someone at work the website and notice the golf outing for May. I have some co workers that are big golfers and will be getting foursomes to participate. I will work on spreading the word for golfers and sponsors here on my end. Troy and I aren't golfer but wouldlove to come down and volunteer for the event. Please let us know how we can help. We're really eager to help in anyway we can!
